I'm trying to link my Propulsion Blog to Hootsuite. According to the following website, this is possible.

However, when I go to Settings > Writing in my Propulsion WordPress.org back-end, I don't see the box that reads: “Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.”
Where can I find this or how can I link my Hootsuite account to my Propulsion blog?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
