At first my apologize. I tried to find something about the incarnation slider, but I cannot find my answer within the support pages.
Maybe someone can help me out with some tips or a solution.
I am using the incarnation template and made a front page with the template builder using a slider which is filled with 2 images with some text beside it.
I also had a youtube slide but because the slider had problems with it I removed this slide from the gallery.
After replacing the template with the latest version, and upgrading wordpress to 3.6.1 the slider seems not working any more according the first layout.
I now have a box with two small arrows in the right bottom corner. See http://www.mysticlady.eu/ngk/
How can I go back to the original incarnation slides?

Please update Incarnation to the latest version as well. You should simply login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Incarnation with and go to Downloads to download it
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

Hello! Love the theme! I am also having an issue with the slider only displaying the first two pictures in the slideshow and the navigation links no longer work? Looking at other threads the recommendation is to upgrade to the most current version. My current version is 1.2. The zip file from Theme Forest is titled: themeforest-3278228-incarnation-church-and-community-theme-wordpress_theme. That’s the same version I originally downloaded? Wouldn’t the download have a different number?
Is the latest version of Incarnation on theme forest later then 1.2?
Should I upgrade WP to latest version?
Thanks for your time!

Version 1.3 is the latest version of Incarnation. Please login on ThemeForest and go to Downloads section to download Incarnation file again. Latest version will be downloaded. And you can update it via FTP ( see link above for video tutorial )

I have an issue with the slider. In IE 9 seems to work great. In Firefox or Chrome the slider only shows two slides, there are 4 and the caption option does not work.
It shows two slides then stop.
Can’t figure it out.
I am using Incarnation, my documentation seems to say version 1.6 for Incarnation and WordPress is 3.7.1.
I disable all add-on in Firefox and all plug-in in WordPress, still nothing. Again work find on IE 9 but not Firefox or Chrome, tested this on three different computer systems.
Also on the The ThemeForest site only 1.3 Version is shown.
Thank for the help.

Re-download the theme files from ThemeForest and then re-upload them. The intitial release showed version 1.6 incorrectly and we aren’t quite up to that number yet.
Updating will bring your theme files up to date to work with WordPress 3.6+

Thanks for the suggestion:
Re-install the correct version, still no luck with Firefox. My version of WordPress is 3.7.1
Still the slider only slide two and stops, no captions. In IE9 not problem.
