I have tried various ways to add a you tube video to a blog post, and since the last update nothing works

Is this an update with the Theme or with Wordpress?

The theme was updated on themeforest.

Apologies for the delay in responding. We've had a high volume of support questions these past two weeks.

I was able to embed a YouTube video into my copy of Flashlight using the following method:

[embed]http://url-of-your-YouTube-video[/embed]

Is the method you were using?
