1) I am using dark Flashlight layout. I love it! I wanted to change the content box to white (not the menu or the sidebar)...
Here is what i'm talking about: http://english.fgmovement.org/media/live2tripoli I want the content area like the minimal light flashlight layout, but everything else dark! I peaked at the css files, but had no idea what to change. Would love some guidance.

2) I can't figure out how to create a gallery/portfolio of youtube videos... when each of these are clicked it should open a youtube lightbox/colorbox http://english.fgmovement.org/media/video rather than go to a page. Please advise.

1) Add following code to css/custom.css:
.content .box {
background: #fff;
}2) As far as I know FlashLight doesn't support Youtube videos for the gallery thumbnail links. I'll ask Kriesi but I couldn't find this feature on the demo page: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/ too.

Thank you for solving question 1, Dude!!! Changed my mind on the request - just Question 2 answer will suffice! Once again, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help. :-) I know this is probably sooo simple, just starting to flex my CSS muscles! A bit scared :-)
Hey! Unfortunatley the theme doesnt support youtube videos that way. The gallery function is built upon the wordpress gallerie function which doesnt allow you to set a link for an image.
I will probably add this feature in the future when I have had some time to rewrite the gallery function from scratch
