The related videos that appear below aren't showing the video thumbnails. I didn't specify a thumbnail, but they use the Youtube thumbnail just fine on the standard video page (http://squaresound.wpengine.com/video/). Any ideas?

The related videos won't show the youtube thumbnail (because of performance reasons) but only a placeholder icon. If you want to use a thumbnail you need to set a featured image (which will be used as thumbnail) and as the second slide/media file set the youtube video.
