Can this be done in some way? Of course so it pauses when you click play or do you know other solutions to change this to another more feature filled solution? Anyone?

Hi,
Yes, the slider allows to link to videos - you should be able to "add media" to your page through URL, for example:
Create a page, add featured media from URL - input url & insert into post. The most popular ones are Youtube & Vimeo.The video should show up with play button & everything.
