view mode button problem and loading image problem

   1 ) the "Compact", "Detailed" and "Large" icon is always appear after all image is finish loading, how to remove this script to make my view mode button show normally when open the homepage without waiting all image finish loading.

   2 ) how to remove the loading image effect ? i want the image show normaly and dont need the preload.gif effect.

   This should change it to your likings:

   itemContainer.kriesi_image_preloader({delay:100, callback:itemContainer.methods.preloadingDone});
   

   and change it to

   itemContainer.methods.preloadingDone();
   

   also remove this from style.css line 1224

   .js_active .item_small, .js_active .feature_wrap img {
   visibility:hidden;
   }
