I am running the latest versions of both WordPress and the Enfold theme on both my live website and a private test site. (Both have the exact same content) About a year ago, after an Enfold update, the Visual editor disappeared from both sites. Per advice on this site, I updated to a newer version just released version of the Enfold theme. The Visual editor re-appeared on the test site but not the live site. I have since check all my content, upgraded all versions of both WordPress and Enfold as requested and in consecutive order, but I still do not have the Visual editor on the live site. Please advise on how I can correct this problem

    Hey JohnSipala!

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

I’m not sure if you got this fixed or not? I can the Advanced Layer Builder and the two default editors on your about page: http://imgur.com/SMjO3nB. Is the problem only occurring on some pages?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi!

Issue seems to be happening only on specific pages(About Us for example). I created a test page and the default editor is working fine (visual and text mode): http://www.saddlecreekllc.com/test-page/

Please try to deactivate all plugins, remove browser cache then test it again.

    Regards,
    Ismael

All the pages were previously created using the the visual editor. Following an update about a year ago, the visual editor diapered for editing all existing pages. I am trying to fix this for editing existing pages. I had the same issue on my test site and after updating to the latest Enfold version, per instructions on this support site, it reappeared and has full functionality on both current and prior pages, That same update did not fix the problem on the live site. I will try your suggestion but I have attempted this previously without success.

    Regards,
    John

    Hey!

Maybe you could try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
