    I keep getting this with Enfold.
    It is a great theme, but the Advanced Layout Editor keeps loading forever and some pages I can’t change at all because of this.
    Is this a know issue?
    I tried disabling the visual editor on user settings (didn’t work), deleting the .htaccess file and changing the memory limit for WP on the config file.
    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);

    Any tips?

    Hey baccioly!

    Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold (3.0.4) and deactivate all plugins. If your still having problems after that then send us a WordPress login and set your reply as private and we’ll take a closer look.

    I have version 3.0.8 Enfold theme and I had wordpress 4.1.1. I put wordpress now back to WordPress 4.0.1
    The problem is that in the editor my pages keep loading. Also new pages I can not edit.
    I already switched off all plugins but the problem remains. Also with 3.0.8 Enfold theme and wordpress 4.1.1 the problem remained.

    What to do?

    Hey!

    This is usually a plugin problem so make sure that all plugins are deactivated.

    Also try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hi Elliot,
    It appears to be working now. When I logged in under your username and password everything worked. So it appeared my login data was corrupted. Very weird.

    @oddbutcomplete    , What is the specific problem your having? I viewed your Enfold options and edited one of your pages but I didn’t see any issues.

    Hi Elliot!

    Do you find (serach) an issue for the bug “Advanced Layout Editor keeps loading forever” ?

    Because I’m in the same case that mrschillemans.
    My config : WP 4.1.1 and Enfold 3.0.8
    I have uninstall and reinstall the theme
    I switch off all plugins
    But nothing works.
    So I try to connect with an other user and surprise! It work.

    Do you know were is the problem ?

    Hi Julie!

    It seems that only creating a new admin user and logging in via that solved the problem for mrschillemans, please try to see if you have any luck with it.

    FYI – I am running into the same issue. Not sure if it is after hitting a certain length (my post is close to 10.000 words). I will try the new admin user trick.
    To add some info:
    I can revert back to an earlier version and the editor will load so I think the issue is a bug on how the shortcode is written. I keep reverting, moving forward, revert again, move forward etc etc. Next time it happens, I can post up the diff of working vs a non working version.
