    Dear Support,

I have just updated to WordPress 3.9.1 and the Visual Shortcode Editor has disappeared from the text editor box used when creating posts and pages.
I already did this: “Please update Eunoia to the latest version 1.8 via FTP –

    But I struggle with this:
    “Please flush cache few times.”
==> Which cache?, where to find? How to flush?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks and very best regards

    Best regards,

    Thank you and best regards,

The most recent version of the theme you are using is Version 1.8 released 2014 April 15. You *must* update your theme for the theme to be compatible with WordPress 3.9+

    Hi Devin,

before you answered I tried overwrite the old theme with the new one via ftp.
    Obviously, this failed.

    What finally worked:
Deleting all eunoia data via ftp and uploading within the wordpress theme installation possibility.

    All fine now.

    Thank you and best regards,

Glad it is working now and thanks for sharing the fix. If you have any questions, let us know.

    Best regards,
