    We are trying to take out the “wrapper_main” on the homepage and can’t figure out what to replace it with or how to make it work.

    Basically we want the entire white lower half of the page to be gone so we can put a static background graphic in.

    The site is currently at http://www.waldnerwintersteam.com

    Thanks!

    Hi niktyler,

    Open your style1.css and directly after this code

    #wrapper_main {
    background: url("../images/skin1/bg_gradiant_body.png") repeat-x scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    border-top: 1px solid #FFFFFF;
    }

    add the following:

    body.home #wrapper_main {
    display:none;
    }

    This will hide #wrapper_main for view completely. Now if you want just the text to be gone from #wrapper_main that way you can add your static background graphic then you would use this:

    body.home #wrapper_main .center {
    display:none;
    }

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Mya
