    Hello Kriesi!

    Safari (in Mac) oder IE (in Win 7) often shows the heading fonts for all text on my installation using the Sentence them. Unfortunetely there are only google web fonts in your setup page for this :-(! I consider choosing Arial or another websafe font at this section, too … Do have any idea how can use “Arial” for all visible text? Any quick solution? Custom.css doesn’t do the job…

    For future: Can you add websafe- fonts for heading fonts in the backend- options, too? I would be proud of it! Thx :-)

    Greetings,

    Chris

    Hi there,

    Not sure if i understand it correct, since i’m not a native speaker, but this code might do the job:

    Code:
    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .hero-text, blockquote, legend, #top .slideshow_caption h1 {
    font-family: Helvetica,arial,sans-serif;
    font-weight: 100;
    }
    p {
    font-family: Helvetica,arial,sans-serif;
    font-size: 12px;
    margin: 0 0 1em;
    }

    This will show all text on your site in Helvetica as long as your visitor owns the font, in case the visiter does not, it will automatically use arial. Just paste it in the quick.css box in your dashboard.

    I hope this answers your question.

    Hi Chris,

    Try to add this code in your Quick CSS:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .hero-text, .first-quote, legend, #top .slideshow_caption h1, .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a strong {
    font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    }

    If this doesn’t help, try to replace the code above with this code:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .hero-text, .first-quote, legend, #top .slideshow_caption h1, .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a strong {
    font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;
    }

    Hope this helps. :)

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Yes – add following code to css/custom.css:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .hero-text, .first-quote, legend, #top .slideshow_caption h1, .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a strong {
    font-family: Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
    }

    and deactivate the google fonts api by selecting “No custom font” in the backend.
