    Every time I reload the page on safari on iPhone, there is a different problem.

    Things I’ve seen:

    -Menu is gone completely and no toggle button
    -Menu links are displayed at top of the page in a vertical list
    -Menu links are on the menu bar (as they are on desktop), but they are overflowing into the page content
    -Countdown app shows 0 for everything
    -Countdown app doesn’t display properly

    And sometimes a combination of these. Like I said, every time I load the site it’s something different.

    I’m getting really tired of trying to troubleshoot this. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, changing settings, and nothing is helping.

    I’m hoping someone has a solution, otherwise I’d like my money back.

    I actually tried this before without any luck.

    I just tried again, still not working.

    Hi!

    Did you disable the theme? Please enable it again so that we can see the issue. Do the following:

    1.) Get a fresh copy of the enfold theme from your themeforest account. Delete the old theme folder.

    2.) Install a cache plugin like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache.

    3.) Make sure that javascript is turned on in your phone’s browser.

    Hello – I am also having problems with my site not showing up properly as responsive. I’m pretty sure it has to do with a setting in the Enfold Theme, I just cannot figure out which setting. Please check it on iPhone http://mobiletest.me/iphone_5_emulator/?u=http://aea.814.myftpupload.com – If you rotate the phone to landscape, everything shows up correctly, just not at portrait.

    And then on an iPad, the menu is overlapping the logo and wrapping.

    Please open your own ticket and please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    Update to Enfold v3.6.
