Hello,

I'm wondering what tool (simple and free if possible) can I use to make transparent images that are used flagship demo such as 'evoke emotion' 'with interesting background images' ?

Hi,

There are image editor like Paint.Net (http://www.getpaint.net/) and pixlr (http://pixlr.com/editor/). You might want to try them.
