Hello,

On Monday of this week, I had to write directly to Kriesi, who kindly told me that you have which will support cases that have not been answered.

I guess 3 people incl Kriesi in support not being sufficient for the business, but I really need your help with the case I've written in recent weeks.

I leave here the list of them.

Hi Dmaldonado,

I've just responded to the past threads. Also please see your original question about the logos as it was answered with a solution that should work for you.

I'm very sorry that your posts got missed but yes things have been very busy. To give you an idea of the scope of support, there have been about 30k posts on this support forum in the past year. I really do apologize for missing your questions but it does happen occasionally :)
