In terms of speed etc.
I have about 15 items/changes in Quick CSS and wondering if I should cut-paste and pop into Custom..

When is the point one stops using Quick CSS and starts using custom CSS?

I'm not sure on the speed aspect of it, but if you are comfortable with pulling the file down with FTP and then putting it back up it can definitely make the process more organized. Then use the Quick CSS for testing and when its final add it into the custom.css.
