Where has the 'responsive' tab gone?

I seem to recall that there’s a tab where I can turn on and make the site responsive or not but for the life of me I cannot see it anymore! Where is it?? How do I make my site responsive?

Enfold Options > General layout > Dimensions > Responsive Site
