Where to alter the text "Home" on menu

I am having difficulties finding where to alter the "Home text" in the menu since there is nothing is the CMS and seems like I cannot alter this in the codes either so I am lost.

Something I am missing and would appreciate some help here.

Hi cheesman,

You can edit the menu items by creating a new menu in Appearance>Menus with the Wordpress Menus Manager. Then assign the menu you create to the theme with the dropdown to the left of the menus manager. It'll look like this:
