While playing embedded video as a video or easyslider, the page shifts up and down every couple of 15 or so seconds on Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Even when I stop the video, the page will still do shifts up and down so I’m not sure if it’s dependent on the video or not. Please advise. Thanks for your assistance!

    Hi eeyee!

I’m not seeing it on my end. Try clearing your browser cache and disable any browser extensions / plugins you may have installed.

Let us know what operating system and browser your using.

    Regards,
    Elliott

    Hi Elliott,
I have a Mac OS 10.9.4. I’m using Firefox 35.0.1. I’ve tried it on Safari 7.0.5 and Chrome 40.0.2214.94 (64-bit) and seen the same issue. I disabled and extensions/plugins and cleared my cache, but same issue. Three other computers elsewhere have also experienced the same issues, all macs and various browsers. Thanks for quick response.

    Hi!

I checked your website on OS X 10.10 on Chrome 40.0.2214.111, Firefox 35.0.1 and Safari 8.0.2 but could not reproduce the issue :/
I asked Andy to check your website. I believe he is using the same OS version as you do. Please kindly wait to hear from him.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi!

I am using Mac OS X 10.9.5 and checked your website with chrome, safari and firefox. I watched the whole trailer (which is pretty interesting!) without any issues at all. We can’t do anything if we are not able to reproduce the issue. Maybe it is possible for you to make a screencast for us? using different computers.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi!

your second video link is not loading for me. On the first one I see some other video and not your trailer on your website. I don’t really see any issue, it just seems to me that there is someone is scrolling (which I suppose is happening without any real scrolling). I check again your website and your trailer and it’s still not happening for me.

Please always use the newest browser version. Update Chrome to version 40.0.2214.111, Safari to version 7.1.3, etc. Clear your browser caches as well.
Did you try on another computer as well?

    Best regards,
    Andy
