White layer on top of menu on portfolio pages

Hi,

I am having a problem with my ShiftNav plugin. I love it, but on single portfolio pages a white layer ends up on top of it.

This happens on several of the webites I´m currently creating, but it does not on mobile?

Also on when you are on mobile a white field is created between the menu and the hero image.

Please let me know if anyone knows how to solve this. Thank you in advance.
