   I'd like to make a wide post page.
   My goal is to have a wide picture on a post but it keeps getting cut off.

   Ideally, I'd like to have the image 800px wide.

   can anyone help?

   Hi!

   You need to remove the get_sidebar() function from single.php. Then add following code to style.css:

   .single #content,.single .entry-no-pic .entry-content {
       width: 100%;
   }
