    Hi,

    Some widget areas are not accepting to be deleted, I observed that in old widget areas.

    Click delete, processing, but nothing happens.

    Wordpress version: 4.5.2
    Enfold: Updated

    Apparently discovered the logic of the BUG.

    I had several widgets being called on the Sidebar. I marked the Sidebar on Pages to: NO SIDEBAR

    I tried to delete (2) widgets, but are not removed from the list of widgets.

    The return on Sidebar Pages and marked: RIGHT SIDE BAR

    I was able to delete all the widgets BUT the (2) widgets of my first try remain still showing.
    Apparently they were deleted, because I am able to create a new widget with the same name BUT remain still showing in the widget list.

    What to do now?

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
