I found a problem, when I put the categories into widget,
my permalink structure is /%category%/%postname%/
But when click the dropdown categoires, it opens like http://www.fashion-bop.com/?cat=6 instead of http://www.fashion-bop.com/china-wholesale/fashion-resources/
so any way to fix it? please help
And I also find another problem with the pages... There is no comments even someone left some comments on the pages, and I approved it.. There is no such codes in the page like single posts do?

that's a limitation of the category plugin/widget. The select values are the category ids. Maybe you can find a better category plugin here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/
2) Yes - however you can implement the comments template. Open up page.php and replace:
