    Hello,
For to long now I have been unable to access the widgets panel on two of my sites using enfold, (always get the” 502 bad gateway” message). So for this site I have switched themes and deactivated plugins in order to temporarily gain access in order to remove “all” the widgets to reduce and rebuild them more cleanly, (gtrans and quotes are the only widgets I still want in place). There is the widget titled [videohome] which will not delete. (It does not show up in the widgets panel in other themes). Sorry but I’m not sure when or why this widget is there (something I installed – a mistake). Can you help me remove this widget (or the remnants of) this widget? As it may be part of the bad gateway problem and at the least is a thorn in my side. (I tried and installed and activated the wordpress video theme to find if I could then remove the widget, but it refused to take the bait). The thing has a mind of its own…help!

    Thanks

    Hey rhinocorp!

Login credentials do not seem to work on my end. Please check them once again.
Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? Also, please try switching to one of the default themes and check if widgets panel work

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hey!

What is the current PHP version? Have you tried switching to a default theme? Test the widgets again.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

I’m still not sure what’s causing the issue. Can you please report the issue to your hosting provider? Ask them for any error logs. This might help us debug the issue.

    Regards,
    Ismael
