Hi,
I modified the frontend like explained here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/ugrade-to-woocommerce-164-product-page-now-has-2-upsell-boxes, but how I can change the options for the variants in the backend now?

We haven't received a similiar report yet and I doubt this is a theme related issue. Try to resave the products to make sure that the db structure is up to date and compatible with WC1.6.4. You can also try to switch to another theme (eg TwentyEleven) to check if the issue persists or not.

It runs on my naked test-wp. The mistake is in my normal wp and if I a new created product, its too.

btw i hate the updates, because i have to modify the german language every time again.
