Apparently this issue has been reported before: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-picture-view-includes-instagram-widget-pictures/

See the link in the Private Content below and click on the product image. It pops up an enlarged version of the product image but turns it into a “slideshow” with the images in the Instagram widget in the footer.

How can I prevent this issue?

    Hi Kevin!

I can’t see the issue on your website. Looks fine to me. Can you highlight using screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.

    Cheers!

Click the big product picture. Then notice that you can click left and right and view other images in the lightbox.

    Hey!

You are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold 3.5.1 and let us know if you still need help afterwards.

    Best regards,
    Andy

Hi there. That didn’t solve the problem. Please take a look.

    Thanks!

    Hi!

you are using lots of plugins, so please deactivate all of them but WooCommerce by WooThemes, to check which one is causing this issue. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times afterwards.

    Cheers!

I disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and switched from my child theme to the full Enfold theme and still have this exact same issue.

    Hey!

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

If that does not help: are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins by ourselves for testing purposes?

    Regards,
    Andy

After chasing my tail a bit with reinstalling themes and deactivating plugins, this turns out to be problem with avia.js. It isn’t set up to treat the WooCommerce and Instagram images as their own galleries. It treat other groups of images as distinct galleries but not these two. On line 900 of avia.js, you need to add values to the “groups” parameter for “.av-instagram-pics” as I’ve done below. This resolves the problem for me.

    groups : ['.av-instagram-pics','.avia-slideshow', '.avia-gallery', '.portfolio-preview-image', '.portfolio-preview-content', '.isotope', '.post-entry', '.sidebar', '#main', '.main_menu'],

You could also argue that there should be a value for “#footer” too to separate the footer content from the main content of the page. Just using “#main” is too broad (in my opinion) when you’ve called out other specific content areas like “.sidebar” and “.post-entry”.

I suppose you’re going to say that this is a feature request (although I’d classify this as a bug report). Let me know if I have to submit fixing this as a feature request.

    Hey!

We checked for the issue on your product page and only 8 images are seen in the lightbox none of the insta images appear in the product image lightbox. Please do a hard refresh the browser cache and check again :)

If you like to provide the credentials we recommend creating a new ticket as the private content is visible to who ever creates the ticket.

    Regards,
    Vinay
