    Clients customers cannot add product to cart from WooCommerce catalogue page. Using current version WordPress & Enfold template.

    Error Message: Please match the requested format QTY

    Have tried disabling any non-essential plug-ins but error message remains.

    Sorry for the late reply!
    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce? Also, have you applied any custom code or made changes on theme/plugin files?
