Woocommerce install problem (fatal error)

Hi there,

I've just installed the woocommerce plugin, but i suddenly got this error on http://www.touchofchic.nl;

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Query::is_main_query() in /mnt/webi/b2/56/53375056/htdocs/WordPress_03/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/class-wc-query.php on line 54

In the backend it looks like everything is working though, but my frontend isnt showing anything, except for the fatal error.

Ah, ive just deleted the code on line 54, it was;

// We only want to affect the main query
if ( ! $q->is_main_query() )
return;

and it works now! Is this a good solution? :P

Ah, now everything is broken I think, i suddenly get this error in admin when i click on Woocommerce;

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::add_help_tab() in /mnt/webi/b2/56/53375056/htdocs/WordPress_03/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/admin/woocommerce-admin-content.php on line 23
