There is a problem with our Woocommerce. When someone completes there order through our website and we check it on our orders section it says that the order is cancelled when it wasn’t. The process through PayPal is smooth but on our end it pops up as cancelled and when I manually change it to pending, it stays pending for a little bit and changes back to cancelled until I change the order to completed.
How can I fix this?
First disable any active plugin you have running besides WooCommerce. Try running through the purchase process yourself and see if that helps.
If not, try downloading a free WooCommerce ready theme from WooThemes, switch to it and try the purchase process again and see it is working at that point.
If it still doesn’t work, there is a setup issue with how you have WooCommerce set up or something wrong on the server side (leaning towards this one). If that is the case, you would need to check with the WooCommerce forums for additional support as ours is limited to personal experience when it comes to woocommerce.
