    Dear support

    I am using enfold together with woocommerce. Since my customer wanted to have another function which was not there out of the box i found a plugin which – theoretically – does the trick. It is called “WooCommerce Product Filter” codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038.
    Now, the thing is there is no change if I activate it or not. I dont see any differences. To solve this first I asked the plugin support:
    They wrote me this: “The product filter plugin you’re referring to is the same plugin that comes bundled within our theme. That said, some features may not work on some themes, but it would just work out of the box on all the properly coded themes that care about WooCommerce standards and do things right. The plugin is working very well with all the major themes out there, but we can’t really guarantee that you’re set-up will work given the vast number of plugins you might be using.”
    We had just perfect experiences with Enfold so far. Since this is new to me, do you see a chance to get this working together, or do I search in the wrong spot?

    Thank you, Kr Jay.

    Hi,

    Did you create a custom shop page or did you use the advance layout builder? Please note that those filters will only work for the default shop page or the page that was selected in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop Page. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy but we’ll try our best to help. Please keep in touch with the plugin developer.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    hi guys,
    is this topic solved? – because i have the same problem. i want to filtering products with a third-party plugin, like the one above (codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038), but unfortunately it works only how @ismael say, only with the default shop page from enfold. i have no chance to filter anything with the awesome enfold advance layout builder, like (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/shop/masonry-shop/) the masonry shop grid example from enfold. if it is true, this is really sad.

    @enfold
    team, tell me, is there a chance to implement such a filtering plugin into the masonry shop grid example from enfold? …to really take advantage of the great potential of enfold?
    thank you for any ideas.
