Hi,
After I enjoy looking at WordPress update welcome page, I realized none of woocommerce shortocodes work anymore. So I entered to edit each pages then everything looks ok, but still didn’t work. After I switched to advanced editor, I was able to see something is wrong. HTML tags applied to the content and that was why shortcodes didn’t work.
I hope you can fix this on next theme update.

What version of the theme, WordPress and WooCommerce are you using? When exactly did that happen?
This is the first I’ve heard of that happening and in general shortcodes shouldn’t be touched by WordPress.
