    Hi there…

    I did an update (ThemeForest says Version 2.3, but the download is another 2.2). Anyway…after the update, I’m noticing a few WooCommerce shortcodes are not working.

    On the page that allows users to change their password, the email is invisible and squished.

    I was attempting to use the shortcode for changing an address and it’s not taking.

    Can you help me understand why these things are not working? I realize that this is WooCommerce, but I’m hoping you can identify if this is the theme or Woo.

    Hi jeanburk01!

    1) This is a small styling issue. Please insert this code into the quick css field to fix the issue:

    .form-row.form-row-wide {
        clear: both;
    }

    2) Afaik the “edit address” shortcode doesn’t exist anymore. Now WooCommerce uses “endpoints” of the “My Account” page: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/

    Cheers!

    What needs to be done to edit the top left “log in” menu and all the links to confirm to the new endpoints?
    Is that something we can update in the theme files or is that accessible in the Woocommerce admin panel?
    Thanks for your help!

    Hey!

    The latest version of Propulsion already takes care of the endpoints. You just need to update to Propulsion 2.4.

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Hey Dude!
    I just downloaded the newest version of the Propulsion theme and the style.css file shows it’s version 2.3. Where can I find 2.4?

    #278061

    I’ve updated the style.css & frameworks folder by overwriting them via FTP and I’m still getting 404 errors when using any of the upper left dropdowns in the upper left “login” menu. Should I delete the folder and files instead of overwriting them?

    #278074

    As a side note, I see that the version.txt file inside my latest theme download from themeforest shows the notes below but the style.css file inside says Version 2.3.

    2014 April 15 – Version 2.4
    This release ensures WordPress 3.9 compatibility and fixes a few small issues with the new TinyMce Editor
    Please update
    – file: style.css
    – folder: framework

    I also noticed that upon upgrading to the latest WC version last week, 6 pages were automatically put in the trash. Can you verify what core pages the theme needs to function properly?

    Hi!

    Thank you for the update.

    Please post the website url here, we would like to inspect the website. Upload the whole theme files via FTP if possible. What are the pages that gets trashed when you update the plugin? You can restore them if you want. The woocommerce shop can run on two pages Shop and Checkout.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Didn’t see an answer… is 2.4 avalable on Themeforest? just tried to download and it says 2.3. Thanks!

    #279785

    Hi!

    Yes, 2.4 is available on themeforest. Sometimes we forgot to change the version number.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Okay, my “login” links are not showing 404′s anymore since I clicked the WC>System Status>Tools> “Install WooCommerce Pages”.

    But the drop down menus such as “Edit Address” are not going anywhere, they simply loop back to the same “my-account” page.

    Anyways to fix these links?

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

    We would like to see the actual website. Please post it here. Edit wp-content/themes/propulsion/woocommerce-config/config.php, find this code on line 300:

    $url['account_edit_adress']	= get_permalink(get_option('woocommerce_edit_address_page_id'));
    	$url['account_view_order']	= get_permalink(get_option('woocommerce_view_order_page_id'));
    	$url['account_change_pw'] 	= get_permalink(get_option('woocommerce_change_password_page_id'));

    Replace it with:

    $order = new WC_Order();
    		$url['account_edit_adress']	= wc_get_endpoint_url( 'edit-address', '', get_permalink( wc_get_page_id( 'myaccount' ) ) );
    		$url['account_view_order']	= $order->view_order_url;
    		$url['account_change_pw'] 	= wc_customer_edit_account_url();

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    Please try the fix Ismael provided here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-shortcodes/#post-280925 – we’ll include it with the next update.

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Thanks guys. I replaced the code and it seems to be working, EXCEPT for the view order button/link. That one doesn’t redirect to my order history like it should.

    Hey!

    Thank you for using the theme.

    Please find this code on the suggested fix above:

    $url['account_view_order']	= $order->view_order_url;

    Replace it with:

    $url['account_view_order']	= $order->get_view_order_url() . $order->get_order_number();

    I’ll ask Dude to include this on the next update.

    Cheers!
