    Hello,

    The WooCommerce Sort functionality on the page is not working.

    We have disabled all plugins to test and the sort still did not work, so it is not a plugin conflict.
    It works for the default WordPress theme but not when we turn Enfold on.

    The site has the latest version of Enfold 4.0.6 and WooCommerce 3.0.7

    Hello,

    I am not sure what you ask. It has the default WooCommerce Settings and Enfold theme. Yes a child theme, but the WooCommerce templates for the shop and archive pages have not been customized.

    Yet the sorting on the Shop and Archive pages do not work. They work if I change themes but not when Enfold is turned on.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. Please post the login detail in the private field so that we can check the issue further. Did you set this page as shop page in the WooCommerce > Settings > Products Display panel?

    Hi,

    We can’t find any errors in the console after or while changing the sorting options. Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily while checking the site?

    It works for the default WordPress theme but not when we turn Enfold on.

    The sorting option is a native feature of the theme so I don’t think it will display after activating one of the default themes.

    Yes, you can deactivate the plugins to determine if that is the cause. Thank you.

    Hi,

    The sorting options are not working after we deactivate the plugins. Is the site subscribed to a CDN provider like cloudflare?

    Hello Sir,

    If you don’t mind, can you please help me out with this issue, I am having the same problem. When I select any of the options from Sorting Dropdown, it takes me to the product page instead of sorting.
