    Hello,

    I have created a product (training) with different dates as variables. All the variables are shown on the product page, but when I select a date and then want to add this product to my cart, it does not work. If I change it into a simple product the add to cart button works fine and I am redirected to the page for payment as it should. What am I doing wrong on the variables? I have checked out different tutorial video’s to check, but I cannot find it.

    Also I do not get to see any notification on my cart icon (on right of menu) that a product has been added like with a number or text. Do I need to install a different plugin for this?

    Hey Chanou_Butz,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    We checked the theme and and we found out that it is not updated. Please update the theme to the latest version, 3.5.4. It will probably fix the script issue. If not, please post the login details here then we’ll check the product settings.

    Hi Ismael,

    I had some troubles with updating the theme, but we managed to get that done today. Unfortunately the problem is not solved still. Can you please check what the problem is?

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Activate a default WP theme to check if you get similar results or not and let us know about them please.

    Hi Andy,

    I’ve turned all plugins on and off and Akismet was the trouble maker. Even when I activated Akismet again, the cart button worked fine… I really got no idea why it is working now??

    BUT, I still do NOT have a notification on my cart icon that an item was added. I can see a line with a square underneath it (which I don’t think is pretty), but I do not know how to change that.
    Can you please help me with that?
