Hi Guys,
I’ve installed woocommerce on a new site I’m setting up with Enfold…
But, the product images do not pop-up… Instead they just take me to a different window with the image and nothing else…
In addition to that, there are a lot of sections and parts from the Enfold template that just don’t appear on the site, but if I uninstall the WooCommerce plugin, they appear again…
I imported the “SHOP DEMO”
Please help me out…
Thx!!!

July 28, 2015 at 7:07 am #479474Hi,
Not sure what’s going on there but your permalink structure looks a bit strange, could you change it to the default one to see if that works please?
Best regards,

July 30, 2015 at 12:12 am #480463Hey!
Can you please try de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and check if that helps?
P.S.: For future reference, our queue goes from the oldest queries to the newest ones. Each time you self post, you are pushing your query to the end of the queue. If your case is urgent, please try not to bump your thread :)Cheers!

July 30, 2015 at 1:07 am #480490Hey!
Do you mind if we deactivate WooCommerce temporarily?
This is the issue you were having – http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/
I installed “WooCommerce jQuery Cookie Fix” plugin and that fixed the issue. You can keep the plugin or apply the changes suggested in the link i posted above.
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times and review your website .Cheers!
