Upon updating to WP 4.5.2 parts of my pages are blank.
I have followed all the steps in this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/having-problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-4-5-please-read-this-first/#post-616207

It is only fixed by adding the snippet. Clearing cache, different browsers, and different machines all produce the same issue.

I have turned off ALL plugins and the problem persists.
I uploaded a new version of the theme via FTP and problem persisits.

    Suggestions?

    Hey tapaway,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,

    Hi Sorry for the delay.

    Hey!

Please update enfold also to the latest version and that will fix any of your issues.

Thanks a lot for your understanding

So I see that everything is working now when I take down the function for the old JavaScript.
    What did you do?

I did not update enfold. It was already updated to the latest version.

Please advise. I have 6 other clients who I have to update. I assume I will experience the same issue.

    Hi,

Please refer to this link for a viable solution if your site do not work after updating the theme https://kriesi.at/support/topic/having-problems-after-updating-to-enfold-3-6-please-read-this-first/

If you still have any issue please update the theme manually and it will fix the issue.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,

    Sorry my question is:
what was done to fix my issue?

NONE of the suggestions that are mentioned in the article you refer to would have solved the issue.
I was not getting 500 errors, I had already completely deleted and replaced the enfold folder via FTP, and I was not using a custom child theme header.php.

What was causing my issue and what was done to fix it?

    Hi,

It maybe caching related. It seems like none of the moderators made any changes on your website.

    Best regards,
    Yigit
