Dear All,
It was too stupid, but I changed my Wordpress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) in general settings to a incorrect path. Now the web site shows a messy layout and I cannot access the admin anymore.
How can I change back these 2 fields to the correct ones?

Problem solved by editing the functions.php.
