I am really happy with the Display Theme!
I just wanted to make one more adjustment where I would like to add a shadow on each side of the web page similar to http://webricknfire.com. I would like for the shadow to be under the black on the header and footer on http://socalcyclingteam.com/, so that it basically runs from the bottom of the black on the header to the top of the black on the footer and not show over the black on the header or footer.
I have created the shadow image 940 wide and 5 pixels tall that I would like to repeat and be centered so it frames the site on both sides on all pages like on http://webricknfire.com/, but am not sure how to do this as far as coding.
Thanks for your help.
it’s easier if you make an image with 960px width (like it’s used here: http://webricknfire.com/images/dropshadow.jpg )
Then add following to style.css:
background: #fff url(../images/skin1/background.png) repeat-y !important;
Replace background.png with the name of your bg image. :)
thanks for the info. Is there a way to make the shadow go under the black image in the header and not not on top of it.
Also, the shadow did not show on the section where the dark shadow is under the slider and the part below where the text description and logos are.
The shadow starts showing on the portion where the 3 images are.
