Hi Guys! I’m using the WP Simple Pay Pro Plugin and it works great except for that it won’t show the “payment approved” message when a successful payment has gone through. After troubleshooting i’ve come to the conclusion that this message doesn’t show because of the Enfold theme, (it works when using twenty fifteen). Is there anything I can do to make it so that this success message works with Enfold? Thank you!

    Hi,

Third-party plugins are outside our scope but we can take a quick look, can you provide us a WordPress administrator account? post it here as a private reply (also post test data to trigger payments).

Im having an issue also, it seems to break certain things like the sticky menu and the Masonry blog articles. Was there a solution?

    Hi antdesign01,

Can you give us steps or maybe provide screenshots? so we can see the issue you are having.

    Best regards,

I’ll create another page, I found a way to temporarily work around the issue, but will give full details once I have that page setup to show you. It seems to relate to the stripe payment gateway.

Ok, Ill add two links in the private content. Link 1, the page that is not working correctly due to the form having the Stripe Card processing facilities, link 2, a page that is functioning correctly and the only real difference is that the Stripe payment is managed on the stripe site. On the pages that aren’t functioning correctly, the menu does not shrink or behave they way it’s intended and the masonry grid on the bottom of the page does not work.

    Hi antdesign01,

The reason it’s not working is because it’s getting a js error in link 1 (the other links you gave doesn’t have any errors).
Here’s the screenshot of the error: https://imgur.com/mYa7DnQ

    Best regards,
