I'm looking to add a mobile plug-in to the site for visitors using mobile devices. I decided on WPTouch. Here's the thing: on activation it didn't work at all. More to the point, on my iPhone the mobile site didn't show the home page at all ( couldn't seem to 'find' it.)
Is there a known conflict issue with Abundance or Avia and mobile plug-ins? Do the templates cause the problem (my suspicion)?

Can you recommend another mobile plug-in that does not result in bugs and code-breaks?
This issue - not having the ability to merge Abundance, or the Avia framework with popular mobile plug-ins, if not solved, will stand out as a major flaw in an otherwise fantastic theme.
I didn't try other plugins because since the responsive themes came up I feel that they're quite unnecessary. The problem with WPTouch is (or maybe was?) that it doesn't support custom post types like products, portfolio items, etc. which makes it unusable with more complex themes.
