Whch is better concerning disaster recovery?

    1) A WPXML file? Or a MySql file ?

    2) If we do a “disaster recovery” with a SQL file, do we still need to use the WPXML file at all?

    3) Will you be integrating a .SQL or .GZ backup system into your theme? Or do you have any suggested WP plugins that would do this ?

    Hello turner2f!

I think a .sql may perform a better backup if done correctly, regarding a plugin, I’d personally recommend BackupBuddy.
