    Hi,
    I’m developing local with xampp.
I use Enfold and I have a problem with a link in the main menu.
I started my project with an import of the photography demo site.
Then I changed the name of the frontpage to “Start” and adapted this site to my wishes.

I added this site to my main menu and in the menu editor, I can check with a click at “original name” that I have the right site.
After saving the menu my wordpress opens with the rigth start site, but when I go to my gallery or my bog and click on Start in the menu,I always get the Kiesi example site. But that is a site that I don’t see in my site overview.
Only when I click on my Logo, I get my Start site.

    What is going wrong?
    Thanks for help
    Best Regards

    Hi Burghard!

I’m sorry but I’m having trouble understanding. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what is going on?

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Hi!

You can upload a screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox public folder and then share the link here.

    Hi Rikard,
    thanks for the information.
Maybe we don’t need the screenshots, because I undertstand better, what’s happening, but have still no idea how to repair it.
In my main menu I add a menu entry for my startpage. When I test this entry in the menu editor it’s working correct and shows my startpage. When I save the menu and click on the startpage menu entry, I see the first Blog entry.
The question is, how does it happen, that the wrong link is saved and how can I change it?

    Best Regards

    Hi!

What is the name of your home page? Did you set it as Frontpage on the enfold theme options?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
my homepage is local, with xampp, but you gave the right hint. There was something strange with the setting on the Enfold theme options. The Frontpage setting was right, but for the Blog was on “select page”. After I changed this to “Blog” everything is Ok.
It’s a little bit strange, that I cannot reproduce the error by reseting the blog to “select page”.
But OK, it’s working and I have one problem less.

    Thank you very much.

    Best Regards
    Burghard
