A good idea but hard to actualize. We answer within 24 hours, only on weekend we don't offer "regular" support but I answer questions nearly every weekend. Another thing is the payment. Even if you would pay for it other people won't. It's an high risk for Kriesi to employ someone with the result that nearly nobody is interested in the premium support.

Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :) 
Themeforest support threads are not searchable. Since most questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it possible that you dont even need to wait for my response, because its already there.
