A good idea but hard to actualize. We answer within 24 hours, only on weekend we don’t offer “regular” support but I answer questions nearly every weekend. Another thing is the payment. Even if you would pay for it other people won’t. It’s an high risk for Kriesi to employ someone with the result that nearly nobody is interested in the premium support.
