Hi - I added a abckground gif to the header and now the social icons are not shoowing. They show fine when you hover over them. I'm sure it is a z-index issue but I can seem to get the right order.

I made a few changes related to size and padding. but no changes to backgrounds. I have searched my file and can't find that line you pointed out.
When I use one of the backgrounds that came with the theme it seems to be ok. When I use my custom background is when I get the issue.

found it - needed to delete the header background color
