I have just purchased Enfold and did as instructed in my school’s website tutorials
Themes – add new – upload – zip file that was saved on my desktop (I tried twice, once from email and once from download page to download all files)

I got this error message – Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
    Theme install failed.

I was hoping not to have to hire the Install team – doesn’t feel right to have it fail from the very get-go. What can I do?

It’s OK – I figured out the answer at

By the way, is it safe to put our login information in the private part of these messages when the url is not https. Can’t someone easily hack in and get access to our codes?

    Thanks.

    Hey!

Glad you figured it out! :)
It is safe to place sensitive content into private section. Only you and moderators can see it. It would not show up on search engines. To access that information, either your or moderators account should be hacked. We ask users to create temporary admin logins. You can delete that user accounts after we check your website :)

    Best regards,
